Notification Center
The Notification Center is designed to inform users about important events in the system. Currently, notifications appear about new updates, logins from new devices, and issues with integrations.
Where notifications appear
The bell icon is located in the upper-right corner of the screen, next to the user avatar. When a new notification arrives, a counter appears showing the number of unread notifications.
To view your notifications, click the bell icon — the notification panel will open.
Actions in the notification panel
In the panel, you can:
-
Close the panel by clicking the cross icon in the top corner.
-
Mark all notifications as read to clear the counter on the bell icon.
-
Open a notification — clicking it will show a popup with the full text.
Types of notifications
System updates
These notifications inform users about:
- new features
- improvements
- fixes included in the latest update
Login from a new device
These notifications inform you that your account was accessed from an unfamiliar device:
“We detected a login to your account from a new or unrecognized device. If this wasn’t you, we recommend changing your password immediately and reviewing your security settings.”
Important
Such notifications require immediate attention to prevent potential data breaches and to protect account access.
Integration status
These notifications report issues with the Wazzup integration. They are shown to users with the Moderator role. Each notification describes the specific issue — for example, when reauthorization is needed or when the Wazzup account balance has run out. In all cases, it means the integration is not functioning properly, and staff cannot communicate with customers through this channel.
Conclusion
The Notification Center helps users quickly receive important system information. More notification types will be added in the future, making the system even more convenient and secure.
